Excellent customer service from start to finish! Complete respect for their honesty in what looks good or not rather than trying to convince me everything looks good. They seem to legitimately care about helping me find what's best for me and what I'll be happy with, not only having patience as I decide, but also creating a fun environment where there was no pressure, so I could relax and truly find a pair that I'm happy with. Not once did I feel like they were out to make a buck off me, rather they offered options for cost savings and worked with me to fit within my budget. Highly recommend.

I have been using universal optical for myself and my family for over 10 years now and every time I have the absolute best experience. There glasses selection is awesome many very nice designer frames with great pricing, much better then any large corporate optical locations. They do eye exams on site and all the staff are so friendly. This place is top notch, if you’re looking for new eye glasses or contacts I’d recommend trying here. Thank you universal optical.

They are very accommodating for whatever your needs may be. I had my first comprehensive eye exam there recently and it was the best service I have had in awhile.

My goodness did I ever have a great time in your store. As soon as I walked in, VJ immediately helped me out, I really appreciated how prompt she was. The best part was how much fun VJ made the process of helping me try on different frames until I was able to narrow down the right pair. Your store truly has a gem of an employee. She was fun, down to earth, and excellent at her work. Thank you for the fantastic experience. I was here on consecutive days. After such a great experience the first day, I brought my son the day after! Both times the staff were friendly and knew what to suggest that would compliment our faces and our personal style. They were helpful in a very non-pushy way. The whole experience was comfortable and even fun! If you are in need of quality glasses or sunglasses, they have a lot of options.
