We test children 6 years and older. We do standard audiometry, where they press a button or use a toy at the sound of a beep. If unable to complete this task, we refer them to a clinic that can do visual reinforcement audiology.

We start with a video otoscope, then measure immittance (tympanomtry and acoustic reflexes) then we use a sound booth and an audiometer to measure pure tones and various speech tests.

First, we educate about tinnitus and potential triggers. Then we discuss management strategies such as lifestyle modifications and sound therapy (use of masking devices and potentially hearing aids).

I went to the Hearing Loss Clinic in Crowfoot to have a hearing test done. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everyone was very pleasant, the purpose of each step of the test was explained to me. Once the test was completed the results were reviewed with me so I had a good understanding of what was going on with my hearing. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

My father, Myroslav, and I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was incredibly kind, and Barb was amazing! Even though our English is not perfect, they treated us with patience and understanding. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend.

Great experience throughout my entire session; they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My audiologist Erin Davis took the time to address and answer my questions clearly and concisely. She made me feel very comfortable during the exam, which was greatly appreciated, compared to a previous bad experience with a different company. The receptionist/customer administrator (my apologies as I forgot her name), was also very kind and helpful. Both went above and beyond, and I highly recommend visiting here if you have any hearing/auditory inquiries.

Really impressed with the hearing place. Erin was amazing, explained all the new technology with newer hearing aids, did my hearing test, tested and cleaned my hearing aids.
