Both my husband and I have been going to Audiology Innovations now for almost 4 years.. Tested for hearing loss and provided with hearing aids. Carrie has also recommended Art for Cochlear Implant. They are very up to date with hearing solutions, very helpful and professional. We trust Carrie and all the staff at Audiology Innovations implicitly.

I was referred to Audiology Innovations by my doctor. Linda performed and evaluated my hearing test at the Mission location. She ended up recommending a certain type of hearing aids, which I am happy with and have been working well. My family is also happy that they don't have to repeat themselves as often!

I have always received excellent customer service. Clinicians and staff are, in my opinion, exceptional. They are friendly and helpful and empathetic to my hearing issues. I highly recommend Audiology Innovations to anyone who is experiencing problems with their hearing.

I went to the Hearing Loss Clinic in Crowfoot to have a hearing test done. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everyone was very pleasant, the purpose of each step of the test was explained to me. Once the test was completed the results were reviewed with me so I had a good understanding of what was going on with my hearing. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

My father, Myroslav, and I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was incredibly kind, and Barb was amazing! Even though our English is not perfect, they treated us with patience and understanding. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend.

The best experience here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. So glad I decided to get my hearing checked. Barb is an extremely helpful person and made me feel comfortable during my appointments. 5 stars everyone.

Great experience throughout my entire session; they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My audiologist Erin Davis took the time to address and answer my questions clearly and concisely. She made me feel very comfortable during the exam, which was greatly appreciated, compared to a previous bad experience with a different company. The receptionist/customer administrator (my apologies as I forgot her name), was also very kind and helpful. Both went above and beyond, and I highly recommend visiting here if you have any hearing/auditory inquiries.

Really impressed with the hearing place. Erin was amazing, explained all the new technology with newer hearing aids, did my hearing test, tested and cleaned my hearing aids. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll be back when the need arises. Friendly and personable front desk reception as well! Coffee available too!In the meantime I highly recommend “the hearing place” to anyone in need of hearing checks or aids ..do see Erin! You won’t be disappointed.

Audiologist Erin is so friendly and professional. So is her customer service admin. Lori. Erin took the time to explain the hearing test process and to go over my results.
