Je suis allée avec mon conjoint me faire faire des bouchons isolants sur mesure pour le sommeil. Comme je ne suis pas familière avec le sur mesure pour les oreilles, je n'ai pas tout de suite compris les caractéristiques de ce produit et j'ai eu besoin d'un second rendez-vous. L'équipe m'a alors offert différents ajustments et options. J'ai trouvé satisfaction, c'est un bon service à la clientèle.

Les services et les produits sont en lien avec mes besoins et non pour répondre à des objectifs de rendement trimestriels ou limités aux ententes avec un ou deux fournisseurs comme j’ai constaté chez les grandes bannières. Non seulement Myriam m’a suggéré différents appareils, mais elle s’est assurée de l’ajustement et du suivi de manière personnalisée.

Mme Brunel et Mme Bolduc ont pris le temps de m expliqué le.problème de surdité que j.ai depuis longtemps explication très claire pour un suivi je suis entièrement satisfait du service qu.elle m.ont donner je le recommande à d.autre personnes merci Yves.Bedard.
