Suite à mon avc, j'ai développé de l'apnée du sommeil. Après plus d'un mois d'attente pour un test à l'hôpital, j'ai consulté chez Lacroix. Dix jours à peine entre mon premier appel, une rencontre (gratuite) avec une Inhalothérapeuthe, un test, un diagnostique par un médecin et la prise de possession de mon appareil cpap. Une première semaine d'utilisation laborieuse mais le support incroyable de Megane, Laura et Laurie-Ann m'a permis enfin d'entrevoir la lumière au bout du tunnel. Je suis confiant pour la suite. Merci mille fois.

Clinique du Sommeil Exceptionnelle - Service au-delà des attentes ! Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cette clinique du sommeil. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par une équipe professionnelle et attentionnée. Le personnel a pris le temps de m'expliquer en détail chaque étape du processus, ce qui m'a permis de me sentir en confiance tout au long de mon traitement. Ce qui m'a particulièrement impressionné, c'est l'engagement de l'équipe à assurer ma satisfaction. Non seulement les explications étaient claires et précises, mais j'ai également reçu un appel de suivi après mon traitement pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien et que j'étais satisfait des résultats. Si vous recherchez une clinique du sommeil qui met le patient au centre de ses priorités, je vous recommande vivement cette clinique. Leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme font toute la différence !

MEDIGAS QUEBEC REVIEWS

Suite à un diagnostic avec un pneumologue, j'ai effectué un premier achat d'appareil CPAP chez Medigas. J'ai été très bien accompagné par Maryse Desaultels inhalothérapeute. Elle a bien pris le temps de tout m'expliquer le fonctionnement de la machine et comment bien m'en servir, tout en étant à l'écoute de mes questions. Suite à mon achat, elle m'a offert un bon suivi avec des réponses et des solutions rapides. Bref, une super expérience et enfin, j'ai enfin un sommeil réparateur, merci!

Je voudrais remercier Mme Katherine Guy (Inhalothérapeute) à la succursale de Lévis pour son excellent service et son support technique. Je souhaite à quiconque d'interagir avec cette dame pour l'achat d'un CPAP. C'est simple et bien expliquer. En aucun moment vous vous sentirez bousculer. Merci Mme Guy.
