J'y suis allé par curiosité...voir si j'aimerais et connaître les types d'entraînements. J'ai tout de suite embarqué! Les entraîneurs sont motivés, motivants, compétents et bienveillants. Allez juste visiter et constater par vous même. Une super équipe.

J’ai commencé la boxe il y a trois mois après la première semaine je parlais deja a beaucoup de monde, les coach sont sympathique le propriétaire , Yohan un gars extrêmement gentil on peut avoir une discussion avec lui sans problème. Vous avez aucun doute a avoir inscrivez-vous maintenant.

J'ai choisi cette salle pour de la boxe anglaise mais elle est parfaite pour la pratique de tous arts martiaux (Muyai Thai, MMA, jiu jitsu,..). Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Idéal si vous débutez mais aussi si vous souhaitez performer, vous perfectionner et/ou faire de la compétition. Un gym accessible pour tout le monde et qui saura vous faire atteindre vos objectifs.

Instinct martial, c’est plus qu’une école de Kung Fu! C’est une grande famille accueillante. À ma séance d’essai gratuite, il y a un an, je me suis tout de suite senti accueilli et à ma place. Que ce soit par le Kung Fu ou le Tai Chi, je me sens toujours apaisé en sortant des cours. Je vois des bienfaits non seulement sur mon humeur, ma forme physique, mais aussi sur mes niveaux d’énergie et de concentration. Je vous le dit, essayez-le et vous aurez la piqûre.

Super expérience de camp pour mon garçon de 9 ans qui faisait sa première expérience de kung fu. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. J’ai apprécié que les services et commerces du coin aient été sollicités pour les activités complémentaires. Beau camp d’été.

J'ai commencé le tai chi il y a quelques semaines chez Instinct Martial et je suis enchantée! Les instructeurs, l'ambiance, les apprentissages, tout me plaît! Et ça fait un bien fou.

Après avoir fait plus de 10 ans de Kung-Fu Shaolin j’ai découvert il y a 2 ans Instinct Martial et son maître de Kung-Fu, Michael Li. En moins de 2 ans, mes techniques, ma condition physique ont évolué de façon incroyable. En plus de l’ambiance agréable, des lieux assez incroyable, notre maître nous guide avec efficacité et rigueur vers la maîtrise du Kung-Fu à la hauteur des moines. Nova Gym est un centre d’entraînement d’arts martiaux mixtes exceptionnel ! La propreté des lieux est impeccable, ce qui rend chaque séance agréable et sécuritaire. Le staff est non seulement accueillant, mais aussi extrêmement professionnel. Les coachs sont très compétents et pédagogiques, parfaits pour apprendre et progresser quel que soit votre niveau. Je recommande vivement ce gym à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit de qualité pour s’entraîner

Belle place avec du bon monde ! C'est plaisant de ce remettre en forme a cet endroit :-) Les entraineurs ainsi que les membres sont super sympa! Même pour les jeune !

J'ai mis un five parce que c'est le meilleur club des arts martiaux que j'ai côtoyer personnellement et je vous le conseille fortement.
