In a few days I returned their courtesy car (another bonus!) and picked up mine I. perfect condition and much sooner than I expected. The manager, Samantha is super friendly and helpful. She provides awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend CSN to a friend.

Really great experience with Ladner auto body, had a small ish hit and run claim done on my VW golf above the rear tire and the car looks like it was never touched! Super happy with the work, and customer service was excellent.

Very professional, very friendly auto repair business that repaired our car after a recent fender-bender. Car looked fantastic after the repair, and CSN also cleaned & vacuumed the interior before we picked it up. The complementary loaner car was the same make as our car, and looked really nice.
