The customer service here is more than generous! I'm glad I chose to buy my car battery here instead of the supplier a few doors down. My Sienna died in a plaza down the street, but Armando was nice enough to drive to my car to test and jumpstart the battery. After purchasing a new battery, I had no idea how to install it but he was nice enough to do me a favor. If you're looking to walk out with a smile on your face, the folks here won't disappoint! Guaranteed.

Bruce at the counter is amazing, he saved me a lot of grief when replacing my low beam headlight bulb, I had a part of the car wiring harness attached to the bulb and didn't even know it. Bruce was quick to separate the 2 pieces and also mentioned a promotion the store had on the bulb I needed. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Bruce is definitely a Carquest asset, knowledgeable, efficient, and he values customer's time and wallet. 5 stars.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and a wide availability of auto parts at very fair prices. What else can I say about this place. If you're a shade tree mechanic like myself this is the best automotive parts store to shop at in all of Niagara.

Been here a few times and they have everything you need to fix up your car, a little more pricey than other places but they provide great quality products.
