A true barbershop. After many attempts to find somewhere that can actually give not just a great haircut but a good atmosphere the search is over. Brandon is a master of his craft and his commitment to keeping the classic barbershop alive is visible through the pride he takes in his shop and his work. From the moment you arrive at Proper Hare you feel like you are in a different era. Great barbers, great atmosphere and great conversation. 11/10.

I was there with my 11 years old son who needed a hair cut. Nick was very friendly and he did an excellent job on my son's hair. My son was very happy with the result. We will be coming back.

Ryan did an amazing job on my head shave, well worth the money...will be back for sure.

This place is a throwback. A true old-school barbershop. The minute I walked in, it was like I was transported back to the first time my dad took me to the shop as a kid for my first cut. Could not have been happier with the cut I got and will definitely be coming back to this place again to get cut. I don't let many people touch my head, but these guys all know what they're doing and I definitely love everything about this place. *edit* still happy coming here. This is the only place I'll be going for haircuts from now on, and this will be where I'll introduce my kids to the tradition of the black barbershop. Requested style: Low fade with something shorter than I had been keeping it for summer. Hair type: I have really curly type hair, and I had been wearing a short textured Mohawk with a chin strap beard. Stylist: Errol cut me as always, he is the owner and he takes such care in making sure I leave with exactly what I'm looking for.

Very nice and clean place. Welcoming people always make you feel safe. Very professional and you can see the mutual respect and collaboration among the coworkers. And lots of laughs and fun so you feel bored at all. And theirs Good music and sports so they make sure you're entertained one way or another.

This place is amazing and I love the art of there hands omg I love it I always come here thay never let me down.
