Thank you to Frank, Lise, Nancy, Nikki, Mike and Johan and his sons. Just had all the sliders in our house replaced with triple glazed casements. The best quality windows around and the installation was quick and top notch. Johan is a perfectionist. We barely noticed the crew was there. Frank took us through the shop to show how the windows are made and pride in the business is shown through all the steps of the process. The difference the new windows make inside and out is truly amazing and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows. Cheers, Norm and Dar

Very happy with the windows they provided. Nikki was a pleasure to deal with and we got a great price. One of the installers (I forget his name, sorry) gave us good tips and helped us load the windows in my car. Fortunately, they had windows in stock that we could replace our old windows with and they look awesome.

We just had new windows purchased and installed by Bob and Adam. We had the best service from beginning to the end. Bob and Adam were very polite, did very good work. They cleaned up after themselves, their workmanship was excellent and final results was excellent. Photos to follow. I would definitely recommend A.C. Vinyl windows. Thank you

If you need a safer, brighter and more functional basement, use Niagara Egress Masters. We contacted a few companies, but only Steve instilled confidence the job would be done right. His customer service is second to none, and Isaiah’s skill and workmanship is superb. My daughter is delighted with her new bedroom! Thanks Egress Masters!

Steve with Egress Masters did an amazing job on our egress window. It looks like it has always been there. He is very timely getting the job done and keeps a clean work site. We really like the light that now comes into our family room and how safe we feel when the grandchildren are downstairs. We would certainly recommend him.

I contacted Steve at Niagara Egress Masters regarding the conversion of a standard basement window to an Egress Window. The Window was dug out, concrete cut and window installed in one day. The window looks and functions as expected. The individual who did all the work kept me informed as the process progressed and explained everything he was doing. Some work has to be done by the me the homeowner to finish the inside work but Niagara Egress Masters takes care of the tough work. The team is Friendly and professional.

Went to the First Ave. Location in Niagara Falls. Needed some help for home repair on my siding. Rob was a tremendous help. Friendly, knew what he was talking about. Explained in detail what I needed to do and what I should purchase. Rob’s customer service skills were outstanding!
