Good place to buy parts, some of the best prices in town... the free popcorn and hotdogs are certainly a perk as well! Go on the weekdays if you want the full timers (after 5 or 6pm they have less full time guys). The full timers tend to know their stuff a bit better than the part timers and get stuff done faster. PT counter guys are also pretty solid though.

Awesome service!! Got the right part to unlike Canadian Tire where u have to go back 3 or 4 times b4 you get the right part. Staff was friendly courteous and had the part waiting for me.

First place I go to when looking for parts. Staff is always friendly and the amount of random stuff they keep in stock is phenomenal. Also usually very fast shipping when ordering parts.

THUNDER BAY AUTO PARTS REVIEWS

We had problems with our rv and had trouble finding a place who would look at it. Finally Colin the CAA driver phoned TBayAutoParts and they said they could look at it in the morning. We had to camp out in their parking lot overnight. Huge thanks to Nick the mechanic who solved the problem and all the other friendly staff there. Highly recommend these guys.

Love the fact that almost always they have whatever I need and at a reasonable price. John is our go-to guy when we need something. I am so thankful for the helpful, awesome, courteous, & friendly services they all provide.

Thank you for the exceptional service and finding us a winter rim and tire package.

Wow, awesome service and great experience. I had to buy a new starting battery for my boat and a new charger and they were great. The price was comparable to the big box stores, except here you walk in and someone right away helps you and was super knowledgeable. Thank you very much!

No need to go to any other auto parts store. There is no other store in Thunder Bay that is this good. Super helpful, very friendly and a fair price. Keep out the outstanding customer service. The gentleman who replace 4 batteries in my key fobs at the cash register should get a raise. OUTSTANDING ! Keep up the great work.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Management is always a pleasure to deal with, as are all the current staff. This store is awesome, the best place to get parts and other car things.
