Highly recommended. We have been working closely with Dennis and Gerard for two years now and have never been disappointed, their admin staff are super friendly and timely as well. They have dropped-in on short notice if we are unsure of something. They call us personally when We have a question and if they dont have an immediate answer I have one in 24 hours. I get HELP from Bay Lock. I trust them explicitly and would never second guess their recommendations. This is one of those companies you can simply trust to do what is right and not gouge you. Had some keys cut and they did not work well. Went back and had more keys to cut. They cut the new keys and fix the ones that were messed up and they did not charge me for the new keys that they cut. I did not expect that I was willing to pay but I have to say that was good customer service on their behalf so thank you.

I received great service and was out on my way in 5mins! They finally complied my keys right after Canadian Tire and Lowe’s couldn’t. The staff were super friendly!

Locked myself out of my apartment. Butch himself was out on a service call but he gave me a number to call for one of his employees. The guy showed up in 15 minutes and had my door unlocked in about 45 seconds. Well worth the service charge and then some. Always call butch before you go breaking a window or drilling the lock to get in it will save you a ton in the long run. Service: General repairs & maintenance.

Locked my keys in my car and Butch came to my rescue. He opened my door in less than 40 seconds. Honest & polite man, quick and easy service, all while being gentle with my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend. Would lock keys in car again.
