I was very pleased with their service. I had to get a blower motor changed. They did it for less than what had been quoted and did it quickly. I came back the next day and got my car. The blower motor worked fine and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and fair. They evidently have a sense of how to treat customers and how to manage their business fairly. I’ll be back again. Note: I have no affiliation with them and never met any of them prior to this. I was referred by a friend and very happy I was. They know how to maintain clientele by good business practices. I was very impressed.

The guys there are super friendly and attentive to actually listen and talk you through things. Front desk is super knowledgeable as well. 5 stars I've gone here for years. As a previous single mom it was hard to find a place I trusted. H and H has never disappointed

Best shop in town by a long shot! If you are looking for a shop that actually cares about their customers then this is the place. Friendly people, great and trustworthy mechanics. They have gone above and beyond in helping me out when I was in a bind. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars! If you bring your vehicle here you definitely won’t regret it.

Preferred Auto provided the best customer service I have received in a long time! I was dealing with a flat tire, managed to get it to the shop and they got me in right away. Come to find out I had 3 tires with issues so they set me up to run home to get my other set of tires and come back and get them changed over. Keeping in mind this was decided at 4pm when they close at 5 and I still had to go get the tires and bring them back. They stayed till I was back on the road and only charged me for a tire changeover even though they tested my faulty tires and did an inspection on the vehicle. They ran through some concerns with me but no pressure to book in with them to have the work done. This entire interaction earned them a repeat customer. 5 stars start to finish!!

Very pleased with my experience with Preferred Auto. Excellent customer service. Super-Friendly staff. Preferred Auto provided a tire exchange right from my home (through CAA) Ari, the gentleman who arrived to put my summer tires on, was polite and very informative. Will definitely be back to get my winter tires on. Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and was kept up to date with the repairs. Really liked the photos included in the vehicle inspection report. I could see what the problem was. A photo is worth a thousand words. Thanks for the great work . You are my preferred repair shop now!

Best service in thunder bay. I had emergency. And they helped direct full heartedly. They welded my broken rod and drilled the arm and gave free nuts and after all charged me nothing just a big smile and a wish to drive safely. Hard to find such team and shop. I will give 5 stars.

They got me in the same day to fix a flat tire when everyone else in town had a couple days wait! Excellent service, very professional. Will be back for all my vehicle needs!

New in town and looking for honesty ! Check this shop out ! Felt good about them working on my truck in the future !
