I worked with Christian, Shannon and Jessica on the purchase of a new mattress and bed frame, and their service was phenomenal! They are all amazing at their jobs and truly care about their customers’ satisfaction. When my bed frame broke & I wanted to exchange my mattress, they were able to assist me and take me through the whole process with such ease and convenience. Some very good sales team members this store has!! Thank you to all of you for your hard work.

My husband and I just bought a new home - following purchasing a new home we were desperately in need of two new couches. Thankfully Jessica helped us find THE couches both sleeper sofas amazing customer service. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. Can not wait to receive our two new couches and eventually go back to purchase more with Jessica’s terrific customer service. If there were more than 5 stars I would have chosen higher. At the end of the day it was a 12/10 experience.

Sales associate Miguel was very helpful in assisting us with the options available with our choice of living room furniture. Delivery staff were very courteous. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice to deal with. Friendly and setting up delivery was perfect. The young men that delivered the mattress went above and beyond and were very friendly There was an issue with the first mattress bought but it was returned and another one purchased and delivered immediately Couldn’t have asked for better service from Sheldon and his staff Will definitely return to the store Recommend them for sure.

Bought a BBQ at Leon’s yesterday. Excellent prices, above and beyond customer service!!! Very knowledgeable staff! I love the layout and lighting in the showroom. Outstanding selection! I definitely will be back. Gordon is an excellent salesman. Sheldon, as a GM, you are running a great store. Thunder Bay is lucky yo have you.

This is my favorite furniture store. The atmosphere is nice, I have always found there to be a good selection of choices, the sales people are knowledgeable and there's no pressure. They are willing to spend time with a customer to ensure that I understand everything about the piece I am considering, and they feel very honest & sincere to me. I feel that Reid's wants to be sure that I am 100% comfortable and satisfied with the buying experience. In my experience of approximately several decades, there has never been any reason why I would not recommend them 100%.

Great no pressure sales team. Extremely knowledgeable.. let me know the plus and minus of the selections I have made. So I could make my own decision which best suited me. Custom ordered a chair a few days later . Definitely buy again.

Store folks/ personal were welcoming and friendly. Kathy Phelan responded positively to questions directed at the functioning of the chair. Very knowledgeable and radiated an amiable approach in her interactions.
