I was helped today by Rob and couldn’t be happier. I had stripped one of my lug nuts, needed a replacement, and then couldn’t get the lug nut off as it spun in place. Rob knew exactly what was going on and told me how to fix it with some tools I had, and a hammer I did not have with me. Problem fixed and lug nut swapped in just a few minutes. Truly great help and service.

Borrowed a power washer for a long weekend project, only to find the wand and hose were not compatible. Rushed down and saw Andrew C., who found a new quick disconnect, and even installed it for me. Plus sold me some soap. Great upsell and service. You rock Andrew. Saved my weekend!!!
