Amazing! They have lots of different kinds of bagels all made in-house and without any preservatives. It's also nice to see they have some vegan and gluten free options as well. They make some good sandwiches too. I had the Kitsilano with a carrot/coconut/ginger soup and both of them were very good. The Montreal smoked meat is nice and flavourful. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Highly recommend going here. I think the next time I go back I'll be trying one of the breakfast sandwiches.

Amazing place, love the bagels, love the service. Urvi, my sandwich artist, was particularly helpful! She answered all of my questions about vegan options, bagel ingredients, and the cream cheeses! Sparkling store, employees did a remarkable job of keeping it clean. Must try if you’re in the area.

Perfectly cooked bagels! Well cooked yet chewy. Love the colorful rainbow bagel. Such vibrant happy colors yet still tastes great, especially with some butter. Fun place that is indeed good at making bagels.

I was impressed by the cashier, Nick. He helped download my Tim Hortons app. He helped order my free donut. He also sorted out my order which I placed incorrectly. Nick was so patient and friendly. He had a nice smile. I hope that Nick will be recognized by Tim Hortons as a good staff member.

professional and friendly staff. I ordered an espresso, the manager, when placing the order, clarified whether there was an error, whether the espresso was correct, since the portion of coffee is very small. Having found out that everything was correct, he quickly placed an order, recommending to take timbits of different tastes. Super. I like it.

I love Tim Hortons, in this place the time in line was short and the service was good. The hot chocolate in the morning with some biscuits are great. It is a great option as well if you travel and need to get breakfast.

Great coffee, and amazing bike stands right in front of the cafe. Americanos are delicious and so are their pastry’s. Great cafe overall, really cool bikes and pictures on the wall. Would definitely come back to the cafe because of the the great friendly staff and the cool furniture and design.
