The cake's caramel flavor was rich and indulgent, and every bite was a harmonious blend of sweetness and depth. The texture was perfectly moist, and the layers of cake and caramel were balanced flawlessly. If you're a caramel lover, this cake is an absolute must-try. It's a treat that exudes sophistication and delivers on taste. Chez Christophe has truly mastered the art of dessert creation, and the Caramel Cake is a shining example of their expertise. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a sweet escape, this cake is a surefire way to delight your senses.

Delicious goods here. Invidividual mousse cakes are decadent with layers of flavors. The travel cake is on the dry side but excellent accompanied with coffee or tea as its advertised it does not require refrigeration. Line ups form on weekends but worth the wait. Lemon tart is pricey but the best we have had in town. Cheers to Chez Christophe!.

Divinity. The double-baked almond croissant is deftly executed. Outside crispy and flaky with a generous layer of toasted almonds and icing sugar, inside fully saturated with a buttery almond paste. Service attentive. Thank You.

SAINT GERMAIN BAKERY REVIEWS

By far my favourite Chinese bakery! Their items are a bit pricier than other options but the flavours are definitely worth it. The food ranges from decent to best-in-the-city! I especially recommend their pastries. They have the best cheese tarts and Portuguese egg tarts - having them warm is a must. The mung bean pastry is generous with the fillings. You can actually taste beans and not just flour. Lastly, their green tea pastries are pretty unique (you don't tend to find it in other Chinese bakeries). Anyone who likes green tea should give it a try!.

This is one of my favorite bakeshops in Burnaby. The pastries and bread are scrumptious especially the Portuguese egg tart and the pineapple bun. The only drawback for me are the prices of each items. They cost more than what I'm used to paying in Asia. But still, they are worth every dime if craving for Asian bread and pastries. This bakeshop is one of my stops when in Burnaby.

This bakery is my all time favorite! They have the best cakes and pastries. Their bread is a bit pricy but all so worth your money. My favorite bread are as follows: triple cheese toast, coconut bun and strawberry cheese yudane bread. All are a must try!.

MON PARIS PATISSERIE REVIEWS

Just went to mon Paris to try their macaroons and chocolates. They look delectable so bought box of macarons for high tea party and chocolates for birthday party later. Trust taste will shine through. Came again with friends. Had chocolate with raspberry and peach galette. Friends had espresso , cannelle, croissant. Food and drinks delicious in atmosphere Parisienne. Came again today to celebrate a teaching anniversary and enjoyed drinks and strawberry galette am apple croissants.

I love this shop - it’s super convenient and close to the Metrotown Skytrain station. Everything is fairly priced and the quality is good. The staff that are there are incredibly nice and wonderful to interact with. I have a kid that’s obsessed with their croissants, macarons and chocolates and it’s always a delight for them to choose from their display case - the staff are very patient with them as they make a choice out of the many choices available.

We love this cozy Parisian bakery especially my 4 years daughter since she was 2! Their croissant by far the best in metro Vancouver ! But the shop is so small and it would be lovely if they expanded their business so we can enjoy our weekend as family dining experience.
