“Big Star Sandwich Co. was operated by Clint Bondzuk in 2013. They start sandwich preparation with a fresh rustic Filone, like a cross between a ciabatta and a baguette. They use homemade sauce on the Filone, which has excellent sauce absorption and retention, maximizing the flavour of their dishes. They use slow-roasted meat cooked at home for 13 hours. The meat includes hand-pulled turkey breast, thigh, and authentic corned beef. Their sandwiches are topped with cheeses, freshly sliced veggies, and hickory sticks. They also provide Dine-In, Takeout, Delivery, and Online Orders. Catering facilities are available for bulk orders.”
