I had to go through a Consumer Proposal and was not sure what to expect or how they would treat me. They were so professional and polite it was extremely refreshing. I first met with John (can't remember the last name) and expected to be judged but I was not, in any way. He answered all of my questions on the spot. I later met with Maureen P, what also extremely professional, polite and informative. Even after the counselling was completed, when I had questions or issues, I emailed Maureen, and she always responded immediately with the information that I needed. They are awesome and I would highly recommend MNP Ltd.

The customer service is incredible. Jessica is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The replies are prompt and she made it so easy to navigate and understand the process. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
