If I could give 10 stars for hospitality, I would! Brian and Linda are absolutely amazing! My husband and I were very delayed with our flight plus we have dietary restrictions, both concerns were addressed so sweetly! Linda and Brian had gone above and beyond our wildest dreams and I can’t even explain how wonderful the breakfast experience was! Our time there was short, but it felt like staying with a family member. Everything was clean, prepped and timely. Brian and Linda, you will both probably read this: please both of you stay golden, it brings tears to my eyes at how generous you both are, I hope your B&B thrives!

Phenomenal and great value with lots of extras! Warning: they provide a small amount of brandy for a night cap so if you don’t drink advise them first. Give yourself 1-1.5 hours for the breakfast as it’s a 4 course situation (really pretty and tasty and well done). There are snacks and drinks provided in the room and the host picks up/drops off at the skytrain or airport. Perfect in every way!

Super breakfast. Chef Linda works wonders for the guests. The room was small but very comfortable. Airport and ship dock rides were timely and easy, including the tour guide who knew more about the area than expected. Wonderful experience. Including the ready to brew coffee in the room.

ROYALTY B&B REVIEWS

I recently stayed at Royalty B&B for 3 nights with my husband during the May long weekend. The location was nice and it was very pleasant walking along the river trails. The accommodation was impeccable, with clean, comfortable room and bed. The bathroom was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. The hostess Vivian as well as the entire family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were even invited to join a family backyard party. I will certainly stay there when I come to Richmond again.

The owners were very kind and helpful and hospitable. I was stuck in the airport due to correction that was to be made by my agent. It felt like my own home and I slept like a baby through the night and all my Stress and Anxiety was gone thanks to their professional and kind approach towards their customers. Overall it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend anybody who wants to stay overnight in Vancouver or stayed for a long time to use royalty B&B as accommodations. The lady.

The place is a perfect destination for a new Comers in Vancouver. The host Vivian is just a mother to all, she helps in giving directions and most of all, the place is neat to the core. I will recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Richmond Vancouver.

RICHMOND VANCOUVER AIRPORT COMFY HOME REVIEWS

Literally someones basement in the middle of suburbia. Its not terrible, but its definitely not what was advertised. And not worth the money. Saw another couple walk straight out when they arrived, due to it not being as expected. Better to spend an extra $20 and go to a motel. Sketchy vibe. Shared bathroom. Dont recommend.

Easy check in/out. Extra blankets available as it was fairly cold during our stay in September. Definitely needed them! We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a private bathroom otherwise it would have been shared with other guests. Breakfast was supposed to be started in September but I guess not quite yet. Coffee was provided though.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Service very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, while simple, was appreciated. There was no tv but with WiFi included, not really necessary. Thank you Patrick and Vickie for a great experience!
