3 Best Wedding Planners in Richmond, BC

We were living in Toronto and wanted to arrange our wedding in Richmond, BC. We had a tight timeline and budget. Most planners were either unavailable, or not thrilled about our budget. But Sharon and team were eager to work with us and offered to do a call as soon as we reached out to them. Sharon helped us secure a venue that checked all our boxes, as well as all the other vendors. She worked with the venue on our behalf and we never had to stress about anything. She even took care of all the miscellaneous items like signage, seating chart etc. She was there during our rehearsal to guide us, and set everything up for us on the big day. We are so blessed to have worked with the ITE team and will gladly recommend them to our family and friends!

Just had our second corporate event arranged by Imagine That Events this season! They truly were lifesavers! I wasn't sure how our holiday parties would look like this year, or if we could successfully have any at all. They handled all the details, logistics and technology, managing everything including virtual hosting, gift package deliveries (to our entire staff spread out across the lower mainland), and arranging a very engaging team trivia game. They really took care of everything from the party platform to coordinating the entertainment to ensuring all the audio-visual needs were managed. My husband and I wish we could rate WeDo more than just five stars. They truly deserve more! Wendy was not just a planner, but a counsellor who was always there when life throws us a curve and would ensure everything will work out fine. Wendy puts her clients before herself. Sometimes I would text Wendy a question before bed, worried that I will forget about the questions after I wake up and to my surprise, she would answer past midnight. She took care of us day and night. Wendy wasn’t feeling well on our Wedding day, but still made it out in time just to celebrate with us and to ensure everything went smoothly. Kitty was our wedding planner and she did such a wonderful job planning everything for our wedding. We didn’t have to worry too much, basically she took care of everything. Vendors that she recommended were all very nice and professional. Her taste for flower and venue designs were on point. Good decision making skills too. We are lucky to have her as our planner and thanks to all the WeDo team members, who worked tirelessly for our wedding. It was a pleasure to work with WeDo Weddings. They did really good job on organizing our wedding. They were very focusing on details as well as get the feeling that clients want. My wife wasn’t able to attend all the meeting but they were able to understand what she want through video chat. At the wedding, she was amazed by their set ups.
