3 Best Hotels in Richmond, BC

Great service and hospitality. The staff on my floor (8) were amazing during my stay. I was here for a conference, and staff directed me with confidence and ensured I got to my conference room. Rooms are great and comfortable. I did not hear any other guests, so the rooms may be insulated adequately. The shower was interesting to figure out, the tap has two levers and thr smaller of the two dictates temperature and if your taking a shower, you will need to put the faucet neck (where the water comes out) to make the shower work. All in all, it was a great stay.

The best location for leaving your car behind and taking the sky train around the city! Great amenities, fun gaming and a pretty good food court. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a super pleasant surprise!! The sound proofing was AMAZING especially since the hotel is directly under the flight path of the airport and we couldn't hear planes at all.

There is a lot going on and in a great location. Lots of things to do and see. The shuttle is right outside the hotel side of the resort. Rooms were nice, had a slight issue with the sink that was promptly taken care of. Many things to offer from the casino to the water slides.

Great value!! We booked a one bedroom with a dining area. The room is big and clean. It's great for families with kids. We turn the sofa into a bed which is OK for me (see photo). The kitchen area is spacious and clean. We are very satisfied with our stay. The only thing is the people sometimes were loud walking in the hallway because we slept early with little kids. The complimentary breakfast was good, no complaints.

The check-in process was very smooth. All the hotel staff are wonderful. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of choices. There are also good restaurants close by. There is free abundant parking and the hotel amenities (pool, gym) are great. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Vancouver!

Great hotel, great location! Very pleasant, good service, nice and clean rooms. But the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff who were very helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you so much. God bless you all.
