I had a wonderful time staying at home port with family friends, the rooms are just beautiful with a historic vibe! The views you get from this spot are insane, it overlooks a nice body of water. The service was absolutely amazing! The owners, were such kind and wonderful people to get to know! Don’t get me started about the cooking!!! The three meals we enjoyed were sooo delicious! Mouth watering if I do say so myself! I can’t express enough what a great time I had here and can’t wait to visit again! This B&B is a perfect vacation spot or any occasion, I definitely recommend visiting!

Loved this place! This is a proper historic B&B with historical decor, furnishing, and not just located at an old building. The room is very spacious, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Don't forget about the lovely view of Saint John as the B&B is located on the hill. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff made this feel like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our stay. I have diatary restrictions, and Steve was kind enough to meet my needs at breakfast. Thank you from both of us!

MAHOGANY MANOR REVIEWS

I had the joy of hosting a meeting here. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is looked after. His love of heritage is obvious. Happy to see the next generation take over such a wonderful property. The owner also has a catering business, so I had the meeting catered. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Great job.

Carl and Jim are two of the most wonderful hosts you could ask for! Really friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. It's a great location, within a few blocks of all restaurants, bars, shops and parks in uptown Saint John. Great room, comfy sleep, super clean! No AC but you don't need it, it's Saint John. The room could use a mini-fridge but it's not a big deal, they let us keep stuff in the fridge downstairs.

The host was super friendly and had many great recommendations. The place was great and super clean. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Saint John area!

Dwight and Cheryl made our stay in Saint John so wonderful! We cannot recommend this BnB enough. Cheryl makes a great breakfast each day to start your morning & Dwight comes in to help as well. We loved our chats with them over breakfast both days we were there. Although the idea of having breakfast with people we don’t know seemed intimidating at first, Dwight and Cheryl made our stay so comfortable. It was also very nice to meet the other guests. Thank you so much for the 5+ star hospitality, it was a wonderful experience.

Perfect place to stay in Saint John. It's the perfect launching point for walking the city but also easy to drive into and out of. We stayed in the Lord Edward room, which takes you back in time and encourages you to explore the nooks and crannies. Special thanks to Chelsea, who made our stay extra special, serving incredible breakfasts and wonderful hospitality.

Lovely B&B with the most beautiful Victorian decor. The waffles for breakfast were amazing, and Chelsea was able to accommodate all our dietary asks. Thanks for a great stay!
