"Imperial Theatre Saint John designed in the Italian Renaissance style. The theatre is also designated a National Historic Site of Canada. The theatre's renovations have highlighted the historic beauty of the building and provide the perfect place to enjoy theatre, classical and popular music, comedy, dance, and musicals. Imperial Theatre is an important part of Greater Saint John and shows how the community comes together to achieve great things. The Globe and Mail described it as the most beautifully restored theatre in Canada. Imperial Theatre's admission is affordable, and a visit will be well worth. The theater was designed by Philadelphia architect Albert Westover and built in 1912 by the Imperial Theatre by the Keith-Albee-Orpheum Corporation vaudeville chain of New York City and their Canadian subsidiary, the Saint John Amusements Company Ltd. The theater opened to the public on September 19, 1913.

SAINT JOHN JEWISH HISTORICAL MUSEUM REVIEWS

Having visited Jewish memorialsites and synagogues in Washington DC, Prague, Frankfurt, Sydney, Jerusalem, Curacao, Riga, Budapest, Nuremberg and others, this was a different museum highlighting the history of the Jewish community in Saint John. While the guided tour was appreciated it would be enhanced by showing the video at the beginning to provide the historical context. Then viewing artefacts etc is able to be done with commentary. Trying to accommodate all visitors is a tall order. Better to have guided tours on the hour or half hour rather than trying to accommodate everyone. For a gentile it was a good visit.

This is just another one of the most incredible attractions that Saint John has to offer. Its historical and the history dates way back. I love the fact that Saint John New Brunswick has so many different historical sites that are all located across the city. I have to admit that this historic place is a great place to go see. They are very welcoming and friendly people who have been working in this field for a long time and really know the history behind the whole thing. I would highly recommend that you have a chance to check it out.

Beautiful home that was turned into a synagogue after the home, and the adjacent building were bought from a funeral home. The docents are very knowledgeable and are passionate about their work. A small five dollar donation in about an hour of information are just great.

IMPERIAL THEATRE REVIEWS

My first time at the Imperial Theater and I was really impressed, Beautiful old theater and Steve Vai put on a first class performance. A 2 1/2 hour performance and nothing but the best guitar show I have ever seen or heard. Would love to do it all over again.

We went to the Dinosaur World show and it was amazing! Imperial Theater regularly has some amazing options for shows. We will definitely be signing up for their newsletter to make sure we don't miss any chance to go back.

Our band, Green River Revival had a most wonderful time at this historic theatre. Full house. The crowd and staff were so wonderful and welcoming. Thank you.

TD STATION REVIEWS

Sunday morning crowd was light before the noon event rush, so I got a good look around without fighting foot traffic, and the sightlines from the upper bowl seats are honestly better than a lot of bigger arenas I've been to. Staff at the main entrance were friendly and pointed me straight to the accessible parking lot instead of making me guess. The concourse is clean and well laid out for a building this size, easy to grab coffee and still find your seat before things get going. Definitely one of the better regional arenas I've walked through, and worth the stop if you're passing through Saint John.

Had a lovely time watching the seadogs game with my family we had a box and all the service was great and the lady's nice and the chicken nachos were delicious and we even saw the mascot my son was so happy, cant wait till next time.

Good venue for music and hockey. Arena is small enough that sight lines are good. Even standing spots are good. Sound has been good for shows. Although Tims is not my go to for coffee, it is nice they have coffee offered at a venue. Parking is tough for concerts if you leave it to chance. You can pre purchase when booking tickets, or just park across at the garage if need be.
