ROCKWOOD PARK REVIEWS
Absolutely beautiful park in the heart of St. John. Kind of reminded me Lord of the Rings forest, sometimes mysterious and dark, sometimes shining with light. The biggest highlight for me was the little bridge that gave opening to the side of the Long lake covered with yellow water lilies. Enjoy the peace, bring your family as well. Abide..
Love this place have been going here since I was a little girl and the view and the atmosphere and the water with the playground is amazing it's too bad they no longer have the zoo anymore but all around it's still an amazing Park and I love it very much also the restaurant there is pretty amazing too.

Excellent place to enjoy the day. There's some beautiful lookout points, easy and fun walking trails and great areas for picnics. We were unfortunate to have a cloudy afternoon but we managed to have a seal visit on the southern point of the park. Enjoy the view!
Always very clean and well maintained. Several beaches, picnic sites and trails. Always worth the road trip if you're looking to stay cool. We plan our visits on the hottest of summer days.
