My experience at David’s bridal was amazing. Every member of the staff was so welcoming and supportive. I have nothing but positive experiences finding my wedding dress, shoes, and bridesmaids dresses. Alterations were worth doing through them too, they fixed up my dress wonderfully. I got my dress from L.A. collection and it was one of my greatest experiences. My consultant was very helpful and professional . (I think her name was Sonya) She didn’t try to push sales at all. She listened carefully to what I said and grabbed a dress for me which was perfect. As soon as i tried on the dress, my friends started crying. It was my dream dress! The only negative point is that the store was so busy and noisy. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you L.A.
I have been to LA Collection a few times now. As a junior bridesmaid, my graduation dress, and now my wedding dress. I had great experiences the first two times I went. But the third time was honestly amazing. I booked an appointment online and they called me the following day to confirm. I walked in on my appointment day and they were so warm and welcoming. We had our own private space which was so awesome! The girl I had helping me (I think her name was Mary) was absolutely wonderful. She was super on top of things in every aspect and made me feel super comfortable , as trying on wedding dresses can be pretty overwhelming. She made the experience so perfect for my mom and I. She was so helpful and was such a great personality to have helping you find that perfect dress! The rest of the team that works there is also so lovely. When I was trying on my dress all the employees were so excited and hyping me up. Such a positive environment!! I HIGHLY recommend.
My mom and I walked in today to get some ideas for my wedding next year. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Yolanda accommodated us above and beyond. She was so sweet and did not make us feel rushed at all (I really hope we didn’t keep her late). Although we were “just looking” since it was my moms birthday, I may have found the one and will be back with my MOH. Thank you so much Yolanda, for your kindness and patience. I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Chantal's. Our consultant Shelly truly went above and beyond, and made all of my nerves disappear right away. She made me feel so comfortable, and got me to try on styles I never would have considered! When I told her this was my first appointment, she said it would also be my last-- and she was right! It was so special to find both my grad and wedding dress at the same salon; the staff at Chantal's are truly the best! My family and I had so much fun with her, we could not have wished for a better experience or consultant. Thank you so much Shelly.
Hands down would recommend Chantel’s bridal to anyone for their first time trying on wedding dresses. Shelly is an absolute gem. Shelly has fit me for a bridesmaid dress, my grad dress and now I found my wedding dress just after one hour of time with her. She pretty much knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door. She found it absolutely AMAZING! The time with her was so fun, lots of laughs, and tears from my wedding party! LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Highly recommend Chantal’s Bridal! I purchased my wedding dress here last year. I also purchased my grad dress from Chantal’s at their old location downtown. The staff are so sweet and helpful. My consultant Deena was amazing! We clicked instantly and she knew exactly what styles to pull for me. They have a great selection of dresses, there’s something for everyone. I love that there’s a separate area for bridal appointments.
