I have fond memories of Kildonan Park. Went there all the time as a kid. It is well treed, with huge, sprawling Elms. It is situated along the Red River. Lots of green space, with drive in access from Main St. Winnipeg. Visit the cafeteria in the Pavillion, go skating on the pond, or swimming at the outdoor pool, enjoy a live production at the Rainbow Stage and take a walk through the Witch's Hut. Lots of spots for picnics and barbeques and sports activities too
