Amanda was such an asset during the planning of our wedding, and on the wedding day. She provided professional support, and a very genuine and caring personal touch, especially as we had to navigate the pandemic and take apart and then reconstruct our wedding plan (what a tough time that was for everyone). We knew she was understanding what we were going through, listening to our concerns and sharing her insights. Her professional perspective and her kindness were invaluable. We hired Amanda Douglas Events for Wedding Management, a package which involved planning sessions beforehand at key intervals and then an emphasis on day-of support. This worked well for us. Amanda was wonderful on the day of the wedding -our ceremony and reception spaces were set up beautifully, and the events went smoothly. At one point, she even crouched at my feet to figure out a stubborn and confusing clasp on my custom made lace shoe. My family remarked that she seemed to thoroughly enjoy what she was doing while working during the wedding day. We enjoyed her too. We opted to add tear-down services, and we would recommend that to anyone considering it - it allowed us to relax and enjoy our time after the reception and over the following days, knowing that Amanda had the clean up and returns covered. Thanks Amanda. We would certainly recommend you to anyone seeking a wedding planner. You helped to create a wonderful, memorable day for us and for our friends and family.

Amanda and her team made the wedding of our dreams come true!! We live in Ontario and got married in Steinbach, MB and we honestly could not have done this without Amanda. I had no idea what it took to plan a wedding and I would not have had everything covered on my own. I really want to rave about how little we had to do on our wedding day and if anything came up (which almost EVERYTHING went off without a hitch) then she was the point of contact so there was absolutely no stress for my husband and I. At the end of the night we had to be completely out of the venue by 1:00 AM and again we barely had to do anything because Amanda and her team had it all taken care of, it was such a blessing since I was SO tired by then. I can not Thank Amanda and her team enough for everything they did for us and I will always think of them every time I reminisce on our big day!

There is no way our wedding would of been as epic as it was without Amanda and her team. Her direct and organized approach walked us through the stages of planning a wedding so we didn't miss a beat, along with her great working relationship with so many vendors in Winnipeg helped us create a beautiful beginning to our marriage. Thank you so much Amanda and team for guiding us through this process and making it smooth and enjoyable. Pretty sure we will be reaching out again to create another event with her and her team.

We interviewed 4 planners, and although Melanie was a little more $ than what a couple of them were she was well worth it. She is so detail oriented, organized and confident which is exactly what you need to have on your wedding day and the reason we booked with her. We were running an hour behind schedule prior to the ceremony and she drafted a whole new one to ensure everything we wanted, happened. I can’t think of one detail that we wanted on our wedding day that she didn’t do if she was tasked to do it. Melanie was always on time for all our meetings and just an email away to answer any questions or give advice. We opted for the month of coordination and she also ran our rehearsal for us. Once we started communicating around the 6-8 week out mark it was like she was there to help every step of the way. In our top 5 most important vendors for sure.What a breath of fresh air it was to have Melanie take the reins so we could finally relax. Highly recommend Melanie and her team, they’ll make your vision come to life and pull it off effortlessly!

When I found out our first wedding at Kinloch Grove was to be planned and coordinated with Tricia Bachewich, my worries were instantly subsided. She was great at communicating leading up to the event, the rehearsal was seamless, she handled much of the tent set up, and was able to handle all of the day-of issues and questions by many. I was also fortunate enough to work with her on a styled shoot that she designed and executed flawlessly. I highly recommend hiring Tricia Bachewich Events for your wedding whether you need help with mood boards, and booking vendors, to day of set up and coordination. This team can pull it off!

We hired Tricia for Wedding Management + Event Design. She was super helpful, detail-oriented and easy to communicate with over email. Her to-do lists and timelines helped keep us on track and made sure no details were overlooked. She was also great at communicating with and organizing all of the vendors. Tricia went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly on our wedding day so that we could relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend!

Tricia was absolutely AMAZING to work with. Her communication was top tier… always responding in a timely manner, and always answering any questions! She thought about everything, and made sure we had everything all ready to go! The day of the wedding she was there the whole time, making sure everything went smoothly… and it did, because of her.
