2026 Highlights: Medina Cafe was established by Robbie Kane, who previously worked in photography and film-location management in Toronto before moving to Vancouver and joining the hospitality team at Chambar. The café opened with a vision of creating a distinctive dining experience inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and thoughtful hospitality.
