“The Food and Art Cafe is a family-owned café offering all-day breakfast and lunch, featuring live art. Their goal is to fill you with delicious inspiration. Alison Shares and her husband started The Food and Art Cafe. They can highly recommend some of their wonderful coffee shop neighbours. The cafe has F+ART, drinks, vegan, kids', and dessert menus. You can order scones by the half or full dozen jars of jam, their signature vinaigrettes, or "squookies." The Food and Art Cafe has a Kid's Menu that offers Original French Toast, Grilled Cheese and Fries, and Pancakes. Reservations are strongly recommended. They are open for dine-in and takeout for pick-up from Monday through Sunday.”

They made a certified gluten-free smoked Canadian bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. Gift cards are available. Online orders are also available. The cafe offers wheelchair accessibility and free parking.”

A beautiful place in downtown whitby. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The food was amazing, though slightly on the expensive side. Coffee has high caffeine, so pace yourself. I have to say that though not advertised, the French toast is the best I've had in a decade. Ordered it as a side and fell in love with it. Will visit again just for the French toast. And the tater tots were fabulous. It's amazing when a restaurant gets the basics right. The scrambled eggs looked like an omelete, but that's fine too. Hopefully, they can add some freshly squeezed juices to the menu instead of the bottled ones. Will visit again..

I had an amazing breakfast at the Food and Art Café in Whitby! The Western omelet was cooked perfectly, the crepe was delicious, and the fresh scones with three homemade jams were delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast—my order was served in just 3 minutes! The cozy and inviting atmosphere made the experience even better. If you’re ever in Whitby, I highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic meal and great service.

Amazing food. Great portion and delicious. Price is very reasonable. Love the art work all around. It’s a busy place and recommend to make reservation. Egg was fresh and cooked perfectly. Love the poutine. Jam is home make and delicious.

STARBUCKS WHITBY REVIEWS

Got to tell you about the staff at this location! I went on two different days (drive-through) and interacted with two different staff members. On both visits, the service was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful—beyond what’s “required” for a drive-through window. They had smiles and great energy. If I was in a bad mood, they certainly would have forced a smile on my face. I don’t know what this managers‘s secret is to keeping happy staff, but they should share the secret!

Go there in the morning. Always fast friendly service. Unfortunately they got rid of the lactose free milk (can't understand why). Can't use oat so I only go there for my daughter. Used to love my Starbucks in the morning.

Great service and great staff. Everyone is covered with masks. They have a drive-thru lane. Thanks for the suggestion from staff. I like the mango dragonfruit drink.

Amazing little coffee shop with amazing staff! I’ve even spoken to the manager and she is such a friendly and outgoing person. After the first time I came here I’ve personally taken my family when they have come to visit me in Whitby as I knew they would love it as well. I even recommend this place to a co-worker for a first date spot and she came back to me later and thanked me. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lovely cozy little coffee shop to just sit down and have a drink or to work out of the office.

I’ve been going here a couple times a day, everyday, for the last year or so and these guys do not disappoint. The friendliest staff you’ll find anywhere, matched with their incredible skill behind the bar. I’ve tried every drink on and off the menu as well as any of their personal recommendations and I’ve always left with a smile.

Absolutely fantastic coffee in a great setting. It was genuinely one of the nicest coffees I’ve had. I didn’t try the pastries but they also look great!
