This is my third vehicle that I’ve purchased (but my first from Georgetown) and I can’t express how seamless and efficient my experience with Georgetown Kia was! In the past with other dealerships I felt like I had to chase people to get back to me and that they didn’t really invest in making sure I was happy, but Ian, Rob and Andrew worked extremely hard and diligently to ensure that I was their top priority and that I was more than satisfied. Buying a car can be stressful but they made every step of the way easy and enjoyable. Ian was very kind and wonderful to deal with - he was invested from the moment we met and made sure I left there with the exact car I wanted at the best deal possible! They truly put their customers happiness at the forefront of the business. I would highly recommend!!!

I was not expecting to land on or find my vehicle at the Georgetown Kia. However, fate led me here. I purchased a beautiful Buick Envision and Harman was a huge help and was knowledgeable about the vehicle . The customer service experience was so positive there and Harman was engaged, professional, funny and accommodating. I look forward to my new ride and to having a new motor vehicle contact.
