My experience with this jewellery store has been remarkable! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Every time I went in I felt welcomed and never pressured. In particular, the store manager Anna has done an exceptional job and keeps up her outstanding performance. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and extremely kind. Anna really helped me find the perfect anniversary ring. Overall, she is amazing and I will definitely go back to purchase another item. I recommend others to visit this location. This peoples jewelers store has beautiful jewelries, nice, welcoming and talented staffs. If you don't find the jewelry piece that you were looking for. They don't hesitate to find it for you and search the other stores, so they can give you what you want which others people's store wont do. Thanks to Karandeep and Amrita for helping us to look for the ring that we really want. Surely, will keep on buying on this location.

I love the feeling of walking into Brilliant Gold! They are always warm and friendly and help me with everything I need. I often go in for repairs, and both Kaley and Jim (along with the rest of the staff) treat me like family. They fixed and resized my older family rings and they look more beautiful than ever! I especially love going to a local, family-owned jeweller because they give extra care and kindness to me as a customer. I have told all my family and friends about Brilliant Gold and everyone always has positive things to say. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience here. Jim and Heather were so helpful and lovely. They really shared in our excitement and were apart of the whole process. We had our ring custom made and it turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend coming here for your engagement ring!

Thank you to Fire and Ice Jewelry! I had to two diamonds from a long time ago and wanted to have something made for my daughter. She is very particular and gave me a picture of what she wanted. We bought one more stone and had the necklace made. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done a little sooner than they promised. They ladies in the store suggested the rose gold and they were so right on! The final product is amazing, pictures don't do it justice but here they are anyways! If you need custom work, they are great! This is not the first piece I have had made there, can't say enough.

The only place in town that I trust with my jewellery. I have taken my rings there for re-sizing and repairs. They do an amazing job, they are really fair with pricing too. My husband bought his wedding ring there and their service is above and beyond.

Very kind, professional and helpful. They were inviting and welcoming as soon as I entered. They didn’t have the item I was looking for in stock but offered to go through the catalogue and they advised when their rep would be in next. Looking forward to returning for a purchase.
