Ruslana Malach , went above and beyond to answer any and all questions , concerns I had regarding the Honda product , very informative on the product that Honda was selling , Took the time providing the answers to the questions regarding trim , models ,pricing ,explained the safety features that Honda to offer ,showed compassion with regards to my recent auto theft , When I left , I was confident and felt not pressured to obligate that second ,to purchase , In fact I received a call the next day as a fallow up , and to advise me on inventory dates and availability .
