2025 Update: Guy Bolduc is the founder of Las Olas Traiteur. Las Olas Traiteur has developed their signature style by serving more than 500 guests each evening at themed banquets. In 2016, they expanded their premises to 16,000 sq ft. They use local, seasonal products that minimize the ecological footprint and promote the Quebec economy.
