A fantastic place for breakfast! Food is delicious and a great variety on their menu. We ordered the breakfast poutine, a side of valleyfield sausage and croque-madame …10/10!! Whatever you order ADD the baked beans au foie gras!!! Such a rich savoury flavour! AMAZING! We came right when they opened so we were seated right away but it filled up quick, and staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back here when we can visit Montreal again.

Everything looked great on the menu so would love to come back if we have time. Added the foie gras baked beans and it was definitely my favourite—such a great blend of flavours. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall a great way to start our morning. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table, so don’t let the line up deter you, it’s bigger inside than you think.

The food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We arrived around 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning and waited a few minutes. However, when we left around 11 a.m., there was a very long line outside the restaurant.

Great BYOW restaurant in the south shore! I have been there multiple times and everything I have tried was delicious. Last time that we went, it was a bit too loud and hard to hear each other talk, however the service was quick and the food is great. Its family-friendly too.

Delicious food, outstanding service. I wish I took pictures of the food, but too busy eating! My husband had the steak with pepper sauce, and I ordered two appetizers: the grilled octopus and fried calamari with a side of kimchi slaw and Korean-inspired sauce. Everything was excellent.

Small place for taste lovers. The food is an art made with love for each plate. You need to try the whole menu but the Fois Gras is Superb.

RESTAURANT CHEZ LÉVÊQUE REVIEWS

Cute French bistro in Outremont on rue Laurier. Has both indoor and outdoor dining. Food is great and there’s also a kids option for those under 14. Salmon served in a lemon sauce was phenomenal, loved the gazpacho, which was fresh, a dash of heat from the fresh pepper that was offered at the table. Perfect for a warm summer evening. Service is impeccable, friendly, attentive, and patient. We dined outside, the traffic is minimal on a Thursday night with a pleasant breeze which made dining al fresco a delight. Atmosphere was more intimate and quieter than Leméac across the street that was much more lively.

Ordered the steak and fries and the daily fish. Expect service like if you are eating in France. Sometimes amazing, at other times expect a sprinkle of attitude. I'm ok with that since the food is reasonable priced and delicious. And the French bread is excellent- crispy exteriors and fluffy on the inside.

Classic French offering and atmosphere, dishes are top quality and service is very French - it's like being on a trip to France. You'll find some dishes here that you won't find anywhere else in Montreal.
