Now that I'm ready to upgrade my laptop, Joel provided me with a ton of information on current technology and what to look for to meet my needs. Great experience with this shop and will continue to go to them with all my repair needs.

Absolutely amazing service. Needed a touch screen replacement my very expensive EliteBook. Lucas was able to source my touchscreen when no one else could. Service to my house and installation was great. The first touch screen did not work for touch and after troubleshooting and calling HP, they told Lucas I would need to reinstall windows for the laptop to recognize the touch. Lucas said this was not acceptable for me to have to do that and ordered me the exact factory screen model now that he knew it from removing the old screen. Once it arrived came to my house again and installed it in under 15 mins and only charged me what he originally quoted for the touch screen being $200 + installation. Touch screen works perfect. For reference HP wanted over $800 for the screen alone not including installation. If you are reading this to decide on using Calgary Computer Doctor you have found your best option. I wish I could give higher than 5 star.

WOW!! Lukas from Calgary Computer Doctor saved me from an evening of stress. I left my laptop charger in BC, and needed to find one at 9:30pm and he not only answered his phone, but had what I needed and used his Uber account to deliver it to my hotel. I highly recommend his kind and trusted service!

The staff was calm and friendly. When computer issues occur; it could be frustrating and I felt it's urgent to fix things before a long trip. Abudal explained the problems and suggested maintenance after 6 years of having my high-performance laptop; so far all good -- we've tested the fix; seems clean and work well. Will see if I notice the performance difference during the next a little while; if there's something new, I'll try to remember to add update comments again. The pick-up and drop-off service was smooth and made it much easier. Thank you.

Abdul was fast efficient and friendly. He transferred all my information from my old computer to my new one. Explained everything to me so I understood the process and kept in touch. Will absolutely be recommending ProFix in the future.
