Yurri came punctually for my booked appointment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and friendly. He walked me through all the things he is doing and explained everything. He even went above and beyond my booked service by providing extra little maintenance on our garage door like tightening some loose screws, cleaning some parts, lubricating the joints, etc. and he is very thorough. Always cheerful and smiling throughout too. 5 stars for the quality of service and the parts. They even provide warranty! What a great service this company has. Really value to your money. They are actually little bit cheaper from previous 2 companies who gave me their quote. I think I will recommend them to lots of my friends and will do a repeat service before winter to replace the door’s rubber insulations/seals. - Bryan

Yurii was here in my driveway even before I got home, greeting me with a big smile! He reviewed the damage and identified the broken spring even before entering the garage, as the door was stuck about 6" off the floor! He corrected the spring with a higher grade industrial spring than what he originally quoted me, but stayed honest to his word and kept the same price. Even lubed everything, tightened all loose bolts, fixed the lever and therefore he definitely deserved a great tip! Excellent Service with a smile !!! Thank you Yurii!! Highly recommended service.

All I can say is wow they are amazing company and I highly recommend them. My garage door broke all of a sudden and within one hour I had an amazing service tech person come to my house and fix my garage in this weather. Thank you so much again for all your help highly recommend them.

Went to open the garage door and one of the cables broke off. Called Calgary Garage Door Fix to see if I could get an emergency fix done that night. A young lady managed to adjust their schedule, called me back to say someone will be out in 15 minutes. The service tech, Mack, arrived a bit early and within roughly 30 minutes had everything working smoothly again. Also did a couple little tweaks as preventive maintenance.Talk about being impressed with the service. Would not hesitate to use them again. CGDF will be my first call. Got a new garage door and we love it. Very professional through the whole process. They were on time and worked efficiently. When I asked them to come back the next day to trim the rubber the service tech also did a look around and noticed a loose area and tightened it. It was friendly service and we are happy with the experience.

The folks in the office/showroom were amazing and helped us pick the right door for us, provided multiple different quotes with different options, and the door came in quickly. They were so easy to contact, fast to respond, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation technicians were efficient and came on time. Cannot recommend this company enough!!

I called Thursday afternoon because the garage door wouldn't close. They set us up with an appointment first thing Friday morning. The technician was able to fix it in an hour. Everyone was professional and efficient. There is a 90 day warranty on the Workmanship. Highly recommend!

My garage door decided not to close at midnight. Couldn't figure out why but realized that one side of the cables was frayed and caught. Did a temporary fix and was able to call Express Garage Door Repair in the morning and they came by promptly and fixed everything quickly. The technician noticed my hinges were also cracked and recommended I replaced a few of those. Overall it was awesome service and the work was done well. Would highly recommend.
