Highly recommend Sullivan Tree Service! After getting quotes from three different companies they were by far the fastest, friendliest and best priced company that we contacted. They came to our property to remove a 40 year old spruce tree in our front yard that had been planted too close to our house and had a split trunk at the top. I was very concerned because we had a squirrel in the tree and I wanted to make sure that the squirrel got out of the tree safely before they took the tree down. Sullivan Tree Service was very understanding and patient. They gently shook the tree with the cable until the squirrel came out and jumped to another tree nearby. They then went to work and quickly got the tree down, branches mulched and the logs cut up. They even kindly stacked the cut tree logs nicely inside our backyard so that no one would take the wood. The three guys that came worked together so well and they cleaned up our front yard and front street really well. As promised, a few days later they came back and removed the stump and made sure the stump was mulched deep enough into the ground so that we can replant grass. They were seriously FANTASTIC! We will definitely be using them again for any difficult yard work.
I am very happy with the work and value provided by Sullivan tree services. I reached out to 4 different companies regarding the removal of a dying 60’ spruce in my yard for a health assessment and trimming. Sullivan was at my house the next day and provided me an estimate that was far less expensive than the other three. Unfortunately when they came out to trim the deadwood we came to learn there was no way to keep the tree alive without it looking like something out of doctor suess. The crew that came was very understanding when it took my wife and I a half hour of discussion to eventually decide to remove the tree. The tree was down that morning and we scheduled stump grinding two weeks later. Customer service was responsive, crews were polite, payment was easy. They will be my go to in the future!
Was super impressed with my experience with Sullivan Tree Service! They came and did an assessment of our trees and provided a quote. I especially liked that I just had to press a button to proceed with the quote! No back and forth or emails or calls, it was simple! The team that came to do the pruning did a walk through with me to re-confirm what I wanted done, and had completed the work within a few hours. I am very happy with the service provided by Turning Leaf. I had two large spruce trees in my back yard that we needed to have cut down. It was a complicated project due to the size and height of the trees, the overhead wires in my yard (we live in an older neighbourhood), and the proximity to the house, deck and fence. Blaine and his crew handled the project like the professionals that they are. They understood our needs, were careful with our property and cut the trees exactly to our specifications. As has been mentioned in several other reviews, Blaine is a very caring and compassionate person, and that attitude extends to his crew as well. Blaine's estimate was fair and reasonable, the work was done on time and as promised, and the crew did a thorourgh clean up of the job site afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Turning Leaf Tree Services! I will have them back soon to prune some of the other trees on my property.
We recently had Turning Leaf Tree Service come by and give us a quote to remove our tree. Blaine provided us with a timely quote and options for removal and pruning. He explained his quote well and took the time to answer our questions. Upon booking they showed up on time and completed the work. A month later when planting in the garden we noticed a small issue with not enough of the stump being removed. Things happen but it’s how Blaine handled it that speaks to his companies professionalism and dedication to customer service. The issue was resolved immediately and rectified beyond our expectations.
