We have purchased the Arpis Industries annual maintenance plan our boiler, furnace, humidifier, water system, and air conditioning. We had Habte ( Awesome Air Conditioning Tech) come by to do the annual service on the air conditioning and he found a number of issues that he easily corrected on the spot. The air conditioning has never worked so well. He also suggested that we relocate the humidifier to a different position on the ducting to make it more efficient, which we will do on another appointment. These guys continue to be over-the-top and we are very pleased with their service.

This is a great company to work with. Good communication between sales person, installers and us. Everyone was either on time or early. Work was completed efficiently and the work area left clean. Easily passed inspections. The sales person didn't try to over sell us and was wonderful to work with. When it was discovered our existing furnace was cracked, the sales person delivered 4 space heaters and arranged for the furnace install the following day. I highly recommend this company.

Arpi is a great company. When my furnace broke down, they were able to send me experienced technicians within few hours. Both Vanessa and Eric arrived in time and provided an excellent service. It did not Vanessa any time to figure out the problem. She had the spate parts in her truck. I watched their team work very professionally and very quick. Great job.

I just had a mini-split AC unit installed in my Beltline condo. Getting this done entailed a bewildering process; it's very regulated and I had to navigate permitting and the requirements of my condo board. I sought quotes and while JPS was not the cheapest, I ascertained quickly that they were very on the ball and assisted me throughout the process. After getting permission for the installation from the relevant parties, we set a date for the installation and JPS was very clear about what this would entail.

Technician Abhishek came today to troubleshoot and he provided a very detailed explanation of the modulating furnace operation philosophy. He was very knowledgeable and very professional, wish he was here the first day to give homeowners the technical lessons (only for the people interested in the technology). To sum up my experience so far (2 weeks) with this modulating furnace and A/C and the service call, I would recommend JPS.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Jay was the best at explaining all our options regarding AC. Best sales experience in along time. Adam and his team were equally awesome during installation. Professional, quick and walk us through the whole process. Even fixed an improper installed drain on our furnace. Definitely recommend JPS furnace and air conditioning.
