I was very impressed with microcomputer I came in with a problem with my laptop and within 5 minutes they were able to give me an estimate on the cost of the repair. The part was as much as a new laptop so I did not follow through with the repair. I was really happy to understand my options. Very knowledgeable staff.

Such fantastic service. I needed an urgent laptop repair and they had it done same day for me. Absolute tech heroes, highly recommend.

Awesome experience with these guys. Were the only ones in town who knew what a serial cable was AND had multiple options in stock! If you need something specific and computer related in Grande Prairie these are your guys.

WEFIXIT & WEPRINTIT REVIEWS

My laptop suddenly stopped charging so I called and asked if I could bring it in to get it checked out. They don't charge for diagnostics which was nice. They explained everything to me about wattage and my power cords, etc (even though I'm computer illiterate) They found the issue the same day and were so incredibly kind on top of it. Will go back! But hopefully nothing else of ours breaks again!

This is the second time I've used there services, once for a laptop and more recently for a cell phone. They have provided very prompt service both times and there price was what they quoted no surprises. A very refreshing experience in Grande. I was quoted more than twice the price for the same repair at another major computer store in town. I'll never go anywhere else.

This is the place to go for all your software needs and any electronic fixes. Very knowledgeable and are up to date with the latest products. Speedy service too. Got my computer back and runs even better then before. Very affordable too.
