My Lenovo laptop wouldn't boot up and appeared to be DOA. I called in a panic and staff suggested several solutions while on the line to save a trip. None worked so I dropped off my laptop on a Friday afternoon. I had a callback in about an hour; they had fixed it and it was ready to pick up, at a very reasonable price.
