Al has helped me countless times in the one year I have been in London. Since I don't have a vehicle he picked up and dropped off my laptops which was awesome. I needed a refurbished laptop and would have been overwhelmed if he did not have something for me. I felt he knew my needs after helping so much. He never makes me feel I am asking a stupid question as so many techies do. I totally trust me and highly recommend him. He is fast also.

Excellent service! Not only did they fix my laptop in a timely manner, but they have a great knowledge and provided very detailed explanation of what was wrong with it. They also gave me advices on how to use my laptop to avoid this issue and followed up afterwards.
