Had issues with my charging port on my phone for the past year and was very frustrated. A simple call to the store and they were very welcoming in telling me to bring it in to be checked out. Once I got there service was so friendly and quick, and my issue was fixed! Pricing was very fair and will most definitely go back for any future tech issues I have.

Knowledgeable, quick service. Fixed the hinge on my laptop very quickly and gave me great advice about some additional computer questions. A good experience for someone with minimal computer savvy.

I accidentally dropped my laptop and required a new touch screen. The staff at Microkool found and installed a new screen for me at a very good price! The staff are super friendly & efficient, definitely my "go-to" shop.
