DR. MIKE ATWOOD - VISTA DENTAL REVIEWS

Monday afternoon it occurred to me that I hadn't booked my toddler into the dentist in a while. So I called Vista to see what they could do... they had my son in the next morning at 8:30! The hygienist was awesome and put my boy at ease before Dr. Atwood showed up to do his exam. In the end he got an awesome prize to share with his older brother at home! My family has been seeing Dr. Atwood and the crew at Vista since 2018 and we have always been consistently happy with the level of professionalism and friendliness they have to offer. They are great at putting nervous kids (and adults) at ease and are quick to get you an appointment if you need it. I have never had to wait long for an appointment. They will even check with your insurance before you go to ensure your appointment is covered so you can prepare. I highly recommend Vista Dental for your dental needs.

After almost 8 years of not having benefits I was terrified to go to the dentist but they made the entire experience pleasant, even the navigating the benefits part. The dentist did the necessary work pretty painlessly and the hygienist was top notch. I’m very glad I went and I will be back. Thanks to the whole team.

Making the decision to get invisalign was a big deal for me. I thought about it for a long time before finally making an appointment online. I didn't really have a dentist I dealt with on a regular basis so I went with what was suggested. After meeting Dr Wenzel and the rest of the staff I was sold. Now 21 weeks later I have the teeth I wanted. Throughout the process I heard from many people that it always takes longer than they tell you. I followed the rules, I did what I was told, and I got the results I wanted in the time frame I was promised. I met several staff through my appointments ( I never sat in the waiting room for any length of time), and every one of them was pleasant and great to talk to. Looking back, the time flew by and now it's behind me. Thanks to all of you, you're superstars.

My experience with River Dental was awesome. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a toothache and although I didn't have an appointment they made sure to check the tooth for infection. They gave me quotes on what was cover by my insurance and what I would have to pay up front. No hidden fees. It was overall just a great piece of mind. I would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. The team at river dental were so easy and awesome to work with. Every visit I felt comfortable and well taken care of! Extremely clean environment!! 100% will recommend.

The dentists here are the best that I've had experience with in Medicine Hat, and they care a lot about you as a patient. Love my Dentist and his team. The Office atmosphere is very nice and organize. The ladies at the desk and in the office always ready to help. This is the dentist that I go to with my family a for the past 15 years and I definitely recommend it to anyone in Medicine Hat. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely love Dr. O’Connor! She is warm and thorough and I always feel like I’m in great hands with the entire team at Crestwood Dental. I have had a lot of dental work done in the last few years and it’s never been painful from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic.
