Best Primary Care Physicians in Medicine Hat

Dr. Bratvold is an excellent Physician! He maintains a very professional approach and possesses excellent communication skills. He truly is one of a kind, always going above and beyond to ensure he returns calls, pays attention to all details , ensures required procedures are booked, and follow up is maintained. This Physician is also very skilled at diagnosing and ensures referrals are in place when appropriate, and expediated as necessary. He sets the bar very high for all Dr's! He cares for his patients as though they are family.

Dr. Bratvold it the BEST doctor in town. Hands down. He’s compassionate and has the best bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and always gets to the bottom of it. My family is thankful for him!

Best doctor of Medicine Hay by far. I am so lucky, grateful and blessed to have him as my family Doctor. I have had him since I was a literal baby and as a 33 year old, I probably equate his entire medical career. He is professional, kind/caring, knowledgeable, helpful and basically Mary Poppins (practically perfect in every way). I know from experience that if you are his patient, and you are in the hospital, he will come see you EVERY. DAY. (early in the morning) This is usually why he runs late. My husband is also his patient and has been for about 7 years and he think Dr. Mastel is 'very cool'. Please never retire!

Dr. Mastel has been my family doctor since I was born. He is very attentive and insists on getting me the help I require. I have nothing bad to say about him as a doctor and as a human being. I never want him to retire!

I am so incredibly grateful to have Dr.Mastel as my family doctor. He and his team are real life superheroes.

I maybe mistaken but, I believe Dr. Wong suffers from Narcolepsy, a sleeping disorder. However, his condition has never interfered with the undertaking of providing me with the upmost and superior treatment for any of my health issues. When I call in to make an appointment the staff is always passionate and caring and book me in on short notice if the issues are most concerning. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Wong's business and medical practice. If you want to be more involved, just ask him.

I've been his patient for years and always has done great for me. When things got more serious he never thought twice and sent me to a specialist or have extra tests done. Love his sense of humor too.

The best Family Doctor in Medicine Hat! Dr. Wong has been my doctor for over a decade and has consistently provided great care. Highly recommend.
