Dr. Bratvold is an excellent Physician! He maintains a very professional approach and possesses excellent communication skills. He truly is one of a kind, always going above and beyond to ensure he returns calls, pays attention to all details , ensures required procedures are booked, and follow up is maintained. This Physician is also very skilled at diagnosing and ensures referrals are in place when appropriate, and expediated as necessary. He sets the bar very high for all Dr's! He cares for his patients as though they are family.

Dr Bratvold is easily the best Doctor in Medicine Hat. He takes the time to listen to his patients and addresses any and all concerns you may have. We are very lucky to have him and his wonderful staff in Medicine Hat.

Dr. Bratvold it the BEST doctor in town. Hands down. He’s compassionate and has the best bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and always gets to the bottom of it. My family is thankful for him!

DR. DOUG MASTEL REVIEWS

Dr. Mastel goes above and beyond when compared to most doctors that I have seen before. He actually phoned me to see if I received a call from the hospital regarding my colonoscopy. I hadn’t received the call so he followed up by booking me in. Lucky for me he did this because they did find cancer which was removed and I have been cancer free for almost 4 years now. I would recommend him to anyone.

Doug Mastel is one of the best people I have ever met or known, a sentiment commonly expressed by thousands of others. As a physician, he is exemplary in every way. Every medical professional who speaks of him, speaks of him highly. He deserves every accolade. Thank you, Doug Mastel, your staff, and your stellar family.

Dr. Mastel has been my family doctor since I was born. He is very attentive and insists on getting me the help I require. I have nothing bad to say about him as a doctor and as a human being. I never want him to retire!
