Dr. Alessandro Di Pietro - PORTAGE DENTAL CLINIC

I am pleased to send in a review for my recent experience with Dr. Al. He is such a gentleman and a terrific dentist. I had just left on a one month road trip to Newfoundland when I felt some pain in an upper molar. I called his office from the road, he called me back personally the very same day, and when I described my symptoms to him, he told me to find a pharmacy in St John’s and he sent in a script for me to get antibiotics, which I filled the next day. Then, even tho his office was on holidays for 2 weeks during the time I returned home, he set up a special appointment for me, came in on his holiday time, and spent half an hour filing down the tooth, and gave me the good news, that it didn’t have to be removed. He was there on his own, and took care of my issue just a few days after I had returned. It is always pleasant, (not a word often used to describe a visit to the dentist), to visit his office and the treatment I always receive there is first class. A caring, gentle dentist with a wonderfully light hand. Thanks so much, Dr Al.

Dr Alexandro Is an incredible dentist, very professional and very meticulous about his crafts! I highly recommend him to all my friends and family and to those who are looking to find the best dentist in the region.

The doctor and his assistant are true gems!! I've never felt so well cared for. Who know the dentist could be such an amazing experience rather than something to be endured. Plus the hygienist Julie is outstanding. The first time I had my teeth cleaned by Julie I was shocked. They hadn't felt that clean in years!!! Really outstanding quality of service at Portage Dental.

My recent visit with Dr Al was great. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist until now. I was not judged and felt like they truly cared and understood my situation. The team is small but mighty and are welcoming and professional. I will be going back and recommending to all my friends and family. - V
