An absolute dream from start to finish! From the beginning quote process right through to the final touches, Design By was hands down one of the best companies to work with. The communication was easy and timely. Stephanie responded very quickly and was able to answer all our questions. She was very helpful with design suggestions and tips for having the most efficient and functional kitchen. The crew they hire are ultimate professionals. They were very efficient, friendly and CLEAN!! They were clear in their communications and made sure we got what we wanted. Brian our cabinet maker was amazing. His experience was evident in all the intricacies he took. Very nice to chat with as well. I would highly recommend the whole team at Design By.

This kitchen reno was one of the easiest processes I have ever been through in terms of the sales process and installation! I braced myself for all kinds of things but this went so seamless. Designby and their team were amazing to work with and always stuck to timelines as well as transparency all the way through. Bryan, the installer, was so meticulous. He took his time and made sure every measurement was spot on. I couldn't have been happier with the finished product.

Best place to go to get all your windows, doors and fixtures. I had them replace 15 windows and renovate my kitchen. Dave and the gang are very professional, knowledgeable and understanding.

Professional, great customer service. Tim offers years of experience and advice, always warm and friendly. I see a very negative comment that was clearly someone misunderstanding maritime friendliness, what a shame.

Staff was very helpful, well informed and pleasant. Lots to choose from
