We bought out kingsize mattress, boxsprings and frame 8 years ago. After 2 years we had indents in the mattress and got a new one under warranty. A couple of months ago I told my husband we needed a new mattress because we got some indents again and I didn't think we would still have warranty. In the store they helpt us great and now we have, again, a new mattress. Only to find out the biggest problem were the boxsprings. I went back to the store and explained the problem. The sales man sold me a platform but gave a discount because of the faulty box springs. I think that is an amazing service. I guess whenever we need a new mattress (for other rooms), we will for sure buy it at sleep country in Saint John. They are the nicest and most helpful people.

I had a unique situation because I was moving provinces. The team at Sleep Country did everything to make sure my order was organized and delivered perfectly. There were a lot of hiccups along the way with changes in dates on my part and the Saint John sleep country team were always such a pleasure to deal with.

We found the Staff at Sleep Country in St.John very helpful . They were Friendly and informative!! I would recommend them!! We do like our Mattress and Box Spring.

Although initially I had an issue with a purchase made, the owner, Dan rectified it and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Because of him, I recommend his business and I will be returning.
