To be straight up I've been there Twice so far & This is Honestly Probably The best Pawn Shop I've been to and I've been to alot considering I'm from Ontario I've been in a handful. Great group of people friendly attitudes and they always try to hook you up with a fair price! Not To mention the shop itself is deadly looking & well put together

I already have a cell phone and I needed a phone with a newer operating system to use an app for work. I offered $100 for a phone and charger, but Dan only let me pay $75. Thank you very much for your honesty, easy transaction and taking the time to clean off residue from the price tag.

The best one stop pawn shop that's St John ever had customer service is excellent employees are friendly willing to help highly recommend!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great upbeat environment, all the staff knows what they’re talking about and are always able to answer any questions I have, great to work with. Everyone greats me with a smile anytime I walk through the door. Prices are great, and they always have a wide selection of products. It’s rare they don’t have what I’m looking for. I can honestly say I have never had a complaint my entire time going here.

Superb customer service at both locations in Saint John. I've shopped here many times over the years and always find whomever I am dealing with offers knowledgeable responses to my questions and goes above and beyond to help and recommend products that suit my reason for visiting. 5 stars and A+. Always a pleasure to visit either location.

Ordered an older movie from Beats & Bytes through eBay. Arrived fast, as described, and movies played perfectly. Happy!

I found Beats & Bytes on eBay while looking for some secondhand DVDs and am very pleased with my experience! They have a great selection of movies and good prices (for shipping, too). Also appreciated that packaging was minimal and recyclable. Would definitely shop here again.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff at both locations.. i’ve decluttered and sold some old electronics and games lately and with a store credit voila I was able to add to my collection of instruments very satisfying! would highly recommend to others!!!!

I have used them a few times now and they continue to have the best prices for strings and free shipping. Takes a bit of time to get it but you save some money...and they are Canadian not Amazon.
