Installers were experienced and respectful to us, but their English was not great however we were able to resolve all issues with them. 5. Finally kitchen was delivered and installed in great quality as advertised. Excellent workmanship! Thank you Michael, Guby and Neo kitchen Team! Highly recommended. Already passed 5 yrs since we had our kitchen installed. During this time there are few cracks appeared along kitchen molding and walls/ceiling. Called Neo Kitchen, they responded quickly and technician arrived and did a caulking, free of charge since my kitchen under lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service, thank you Neo Kitchen team.

Great experience from start to finish. Michael was super patient with my husband and I. We used him twice. Once for our kitchen and another time for our cottage to build wall to wall storage. We had a small issue a couple years later in the kitchen, we contacted Michael to inform him and he and his team were quick to replace the part and touch up the cabinet. He truly does stand by his work. I highly recommend him to anyone and will use him for our entertainment unit and basement kitchen soon. Thank you Michael.

Neo Kitchen did a wonderful job with our basement kitchen cabinet and counters. They are professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the final product.

NIICO Millwork recently installed our custom kitchen, mudroom and fireplace build-ins in our new home, and we are so happy with their work and after-care. Praveena has been an absolute delight to work with, as she has coordinated everything for us with warmth and professionalism, and kept us informed each step of the way. Taher, the installer, was so careful and so talented as he negotiated the intricacies of our design, especially around the fireplace. And upon move in, when we noted some of the inevitable damage that comes from other trades working in a new build, this company went above and beyond to make those repairs to our cabinetry. Rezgar, aided by Witold worked so hard to restore the damaged areas, especially our beautiful kitchen island. Rezgar even provided a follow-up phone call to make sure that we knew when the repair work had been completed, and how best to take care of the repaired areas until they had set--something we very much appreciated. NIICO Millwork Group has a professional, respectful, gracious and talented group of employees and we highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you.

We recently had NIICO Millwork Group install our custom kitchen and we couldn't be more thrilled. Everyone at NIICO was a pleasure to work with and they were very transparent in the estimated delivery time. Special thank you to J. Primucci & L. DeRose for their time and efforts on our project! Highly recommended.
