3 Best Home Builders in Vaughan, ON

Probably the best medium to large size home builder in Ontario. The industry has it's issues, so does the process, and you have to keep in mind they aren't a custom home builder. That being said, if I was to buy another prebuilt home they would be my first pick. You don't hear the horror stories you do with Mattamy and Fernbrook. They are a step above.

I don't normally do google reviews but I had to share my experience with this company. This was my first purchase of a new home from any builder and I must say it has been a great experience from beginning to end. The finishes they used on our lakeview town-home were top notch quality. But what really surprised me was the after service I got from Christian, Mark and the whole service team in general. They went above and beyond to make sure all my repairs were done to my liking and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Country homes for future new home purchases.

We hired Ravineview Construction to renovate our entire home. We are beyond amazed with the WOW factor outcome!. Tim and his crew are Reliable, Honest, Highly Skilled and Operated with Integrity every single step of the renovation. Tim and his crew worked very hard to ensure all aspects of the renovation were completed thoroughly and very detailed. Tim always kept me informed on the status of each task and explained every step of the way. Tim was very flexible and accommodating to my changing needs along the way, and worked extra hard and everyday to make sure everything was completed on time. Not only was it completed on time, but the quality and perfection is beyond outstanding!. The site was always kept cleaned (inside and outside) and the entire crew was very profession and worked very hard. Even the neighbours commented on how clean it was around the home given the scale of the renovations and how professional the workers were. The results of the renovation are exactly as I pictured my dream home to look. From the demolition and framing, to flooring, painting, lighting, windows, stairs, bathroom and a big spacious kitchen and cabinetry, I am beyond amazed and thrilled!! I would highly and only recommend Ravineview Construction to anyone who is looking to renovate their home to perfection.

We didn't have much idea what we got ourselves into when we decided to renovate our little kitchen but we are glad we went with Ravineview construction. Tim and the expertise of his team had helped us decided the kitchen design and detail of the projects. The renovation was completed in time and on budget. We were very pleased with the outcome and have been amazed by how functional the new kitchen has been.

We hired Ravineview to create a bedroom in our finished basement (Framing, drywall, duct work, electricity, and painting), and re-wire an existing light and switch. Tim and his team did a great job.
